Legal rights in God’s kingdom

Today we are laying the foundation of the kingdom rights for God’s people. This week we will explore these 5 points in knowing your legal in God’s kingdom while here on earth.

5 focus points this week are

Day 1: The Legal Foundation
Day 2: The Rights of Sonship and Heirship
Day 3: The Right of Power and Authority
Day 4: The Right of Protection and Immunity
Day 5: The Right of Bold Access.

Legal foundation

Let’s start teaching for today.
Today marks Day 1 of our focus on Legal Rights, beginning with the bedrock of everything we do: The Legal Foundation.
Bridging the Gap: From Process to Position
Last week, the work was internal. We focused on the essential judicial process of being washed, justified, and sanctified. That work is settled. It is a closed case in the High Court of Heaven.
The bridge we cross today takes those finished spiritual realities and translates them into the Jurisdictional Authority. We aren’t looking back at the “how”—we are looking forward to the “now.” The Legal Foundation is the moment the Gavel falls, acknowledging that you have the floor. You are no longer a petitioner; you are a practitioner of Kingdom Law.
The Pillar of Day 1: Legal Foundation
In the L.O.C.S. framework, the L (Legal Rights) begins here. Without a foundation, authority is just an idea. With a foundation, authority becomes a Mandate.
From Verdict to Enforcement: Last week gave us the verdict of “Righteousness.” Today, we enforce that verdict.
From Status to Station: You have moved from having a “title” to occupying a “station” of power.
The Bedrock of the Beyond: This foundation ensures that every decree made this week is legally binding and recognized across all realms.

The Precedent: “And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” (1 Corinthians 6:11)
The Bridge: This verse is the “Gavel Effect.” It acknowledges the “such were some of you” (the history) but enforces the “But ye are” (the current status). We aren’t looking back at the “how”; we are looking forward to the “now.”

The Constitutional Anchor: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus… For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” (Romans 8:1-2)
From Verdict to Enforcement: We take the verdict of “Righteousness” from 1 Corinthians and apply the “No Condemnation” clause of Romans. This foundation ensures that every decree made this week is legally binding and recognized across all realms.

The Status of the Practitioner
You have moved from having a “title” to occupying a “station” of power. You are no longer a petitioner; you are a practitioner of Kingdom Law.
The Record of Expungement: “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.” (Colossians 2:14)

The Standing: Because the record is blotted out, the prosecution has no evidence to present. Your foundation is clean, clear, and unassailable.

The Integrated Kingdom Decree for Day 1
“I occupy the ground that has been cleared. I stand upon a Legal Foundation that cannot be shaken. Based on 1 Corinthians 6:11, I am washed, sanctified, and justified. According to Romans 8:1, I stand in ‘No Condemnation’ because I have been legally transferred into the Law of the Spirit of Life. The ‘handwriting of ordinances’ against me is blotted out (Colossians 2:14). I am authorized, I am recognized, and I am ready to administer the affairs of the Kingdom.”
