The Atmosphere Shift
In the world today, we see a massive push toward “transitioning” and “altering.” Many are driven to change their names, their chemistry, and their physical designs because of deep mental, emotional, or spiritual scarring. They are searching for a “fix,” but they are looking in the wrong laboratory.
When you use artificial substances to alter your body chemistry, you are attempting to “re-brand” a masterpiece that was already drawn by the Creator. But the world’s “alteration” is a distortion that often ruins the body. Only the Substance of God can perform a Divine Act that reaches into the history of a person and heals the root of the trauma.
God does not want to “alter” you; He wants to FIX you—restoring you to the original person He meant for you to be.
The Two Mirrors of Identity
How do you see yourself today? Your identity is determined by which mirror you choose to look into:
The Mirror of Forgetfulness (James 1:23-24): This is the natural mirror. It shows your “natural face”—the lines of stress, the scars of the “long time ago,” and the labels the world gave you. If you are only a “hearer” of the Word, you look at the truth, walk away, and immediately forget who you are. You fall back into the Mental Obsession and the “trap” of your past.
The Mirror of the New Creature (2 Corinthians 5:17): This is the mirror of Justification. When you are IN Christ, the reflection changes. You don’t see a “repaired” version of your old self; you see a New Creature.
“Old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
In this reflection, the old debt is gone. The old “slave name” is gone. You are no longer being found guilty; you are found Righteous in His sight.
The Legacy of the Justified
We are not the first to walk this journey. We stand on the shoulders of those who refused to let the world rename them:
Paul’s Frequency: He shifted from Saul (the prosecutor) to Paul (the Apostle). He didn’t just get a new name on a driver’s license; his name began to “ring throughout the Universe.” He stopped seeing a murderer in the mirror and started seeing a King’s Messenger
Daniel’s Mandate: In the heart of Babylon, they tried to alter Daniel’s chemistry with the “King’s meat” and change his identity with a Babylonian name. But Daniel knew his Original Design. He stood his ground because he knew that the “Substance of God” within him was more powerful than the substances of the world.
The Hebrew Movement: Like the three Hebrew boys, when you are Justified, the fire of the world cannot burn you. They came out of the furnace without even the smell of smoke because their reflection was tied to the “Fourth Man” in the fire
The Final Registry
Your name is no longer what the world calls you. It is no longer tied to your “mental obsession” or your mistakes. If you have moved from “knowing about” Him to being IN Him, your name is permanently recorded in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
This is a movement of God moving you into a deeper understanding. You are no longer being guilty. You are being Justified.
Tomorrow is the Grand Finale. We reach the end of the “Scrubbing.” We will stand fully in the Triple-Threat:
Washed from the soot.
Sanctified for the attic.
Justified for the Kingdom.
Stop trying to alter what God has already designed. Let Him fix what the world has scarred.
