The Throne of the Heart: Why Sanctification is the Key to Your Mandate

Since redemption what circle best represents you

Most people believe that once they receive Jesus Christ, the journey is over. But if we are honest, many believers find themselves “saved” but still living in total chaos. They have the nature of Christ locked inside, but the “flesh” is still running the show.
This is the gap between Redemption and Sanctification. Here is why your daily walk must move from the “Outer Court” to the “Throne Room.”
1. The Internal Conflict: Who is on Your Throne?
Imagine your life as a circle. At the center of that circle is a throne.
The Self-Directed Life: Even with Christ in your life (the Cross), “Self” is still on the throne. This is the “fleshly” state. Because you were never meant to govern yourself, your priorities, relationships, and finances are in constant discord.
The Christ-Directed Life: Sanctification is the act of “Self” stepping down so Jesus can sit on the throne. When the rightful King governs, the chaos vanishes and your life enters into Divine Harmony.
2. The Acts 26:18 Blueprint
Jesus gave us a specific tactical manual for this process. Sanctification isn’t a mystery; it’s a movement:
Open Your Eyes: Realize that living for “Self” is a state of spiritual blindness.
The Turn: Actively turn from the darkness of your old nature toward the light of the new.
The Transfer: Move from the “Power of Satan” (chaos) to the “Power of God” (Governance).
The Inheritance: You cannot handle the spiritual wealth of your calling until you are “Set Apart” (Sanctified).
3. The Evidence: Proof of Redemption
The world doesn’t read the Bible; they read your life. If you claim to be redeemed but still act out of a “flushing nature,” the world sees a contradiction.
“Redemption is the legal document that says you belong to God; Sanctification is the daily walk that proves it to the world.”
4. The “Jeremiah and Daniel” Standard
To fulfill a high-level mandate, you must be a purified vessel.
Jeremiah was “set apart” before birth to stand against nations.
Daniel refused the “King’s meat” (the flesh) so he could govern an empire.
If you want to shift the atmosphere of your home, your city, or your nation, you must first allow God to shift the atmosphere of your own heart.
The Final Word
Sanctification is a daily transaction. It is the “Daily Dose” of purification—clearing out known and unknown sins so that the Throne stays occupied by the King.
