The pop quiz or a surprise test

Have you ever been in school and the teacher starts the lesson. Midway through the class the teacher ends the lesson and says to the class get ready we are having a pop quiz.

A pop quiz the teacher already planned for the class but the students don’t know about it until the teacher passes the quiz out.

In the same way I do believe we all will have trails and tests in life but are you ready for them.  Deep down within your soul do you have the real substance in your life to pass the test that God is sending you.  Some may pass others may fail but the test God gives us is on his own grading scale. It won’t be graded on a curve. The curve is you take the highest score as the base number. For example if the score ranges from 65-85, the highest score is 85 so that would be an A and the 65 would be like a C grade. Nobody fails in the class.

God doesn’t work like that each person will be judged by their own works, that they have done for God.  He won’t group our work or the calling he has put on church. It is based on each individual work for his kingdom building.

Ephesians chapter 2:8-9 speaks about this. The real truth is the test God has given each of us will be different from somebody else. One thing about in a classroom setting teachers make all the tests the same. Yet in other cases the teacher passes out different tests to the class so Johnny might not have the same test Sally has.  The point I am saying is that God deals with people differently.  What one goes through could be different from the other.  To pass the test of God it will depend on how he operates in that person’s life.

We can conclude with this. Lord help me to pass each pop quiz or test that comes my way. Even if I don’t pass I won’t be discouraged. It only means I need to work on that area of my life more. Don’t just take the average of the two, to make it look like I pass.  The area  where I am weak, God please make me stronger.

This is for someone today you are in a test or just was handed  a pop quiz by God. Let him lead you through it and lean on his everlasting arms. Trust him and he will see you through.
