Stress and pressure relief

Today begins a series of getting relief from everyday stress and pressure from life

How do you handle the stress or pressure

We have talked about this before but today it will be a new word from God.  What is stress and the pressures in life. How do we cope with them and is there a way out. Who and what stresses us out? What type of pressure do people face in life.

We know if we let both stress and pressure get to us, this could lead to health issues. People try to cope with stress in many ways.

The first one is to avoid it at all costs. Instead of people  letting stress or pressure get to them they bypass it by completely ignoring the issues. They are in denial. They know it’s a problem but they pass it off as though it didn’t exist.  Later down the line this became a big health issue.  You can say fear of being overwhelmed could play a role in a way of overlooking or avoiding stress or pressure. Compromising to the point of  saying yes even though you know it isn’t the right thing to do.

Second they deal with it no matter what. Pressure and stress does hit anyone at any time. When we are young or old we all go through a moment of stress or pressure. Peer pressure can be found from 4 years of age and on.  Family pressure on trying to be the best out of the rest. The stress of living or becoming who your parents want you to be and not looking at you for you.

Many things in life cause us to be stressed over and because of the stress we pressure ourselves into living up to that situation. If the boss has extra work for us to do, but it needs to be done before you leave. This causes pressure on a person and wondering if the job will be completed before their shifts end.  The pressure could lead to mismanage of time, the quality of the word, and the person being rushed to complete the task.

That pressure or stress could later affect the home life of the spouse or the children. How do you handle the stress or pressures in life. Do you have enough motivation inside or you to overcome it all or buckle up. 

Within my study God has given me a word to go by and a spiritual slogan. How do you spell relief.

Relief in a way to overcome the pressure from stress.

R is RELY ON GOD, RESIST THE DEVIL, RECEIVE INNER PEACE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST AND THE HOLY SPIRIT.

E is ELIMINATE THE NEGATIVE THINGS THAT CAN MAKE YOU FEEL STRESSED OR PRESSURED. OTHER WORDS LET GO AND LET GOD PRAY FOR THE WAY OUT.

L is LET LOVE IN. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE LOVE OF GOD. A SPIRITUAL LOVE THAT COMES FROM ABOVE. THIS LOVE WILL HELP US WITH STRESS AND PRESSURE AROUND US.  WE WON’T BE QUICK TO ANGER BUT A PEACE.

I IS THE INSIGHT OF GOD. WILL GOD DO IT THIS WAY.  HOW WE HANDLE OUR WELL BEING UNDER PRESSURE TELL EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD..

E is ENCOURAGING WORD. HAVE A WORD WITHIN YOU SO WHEN STRESS COMES OR THE PRESSURE, YOU WILL DEFEAT IT THEN AND THERE.

F IS FORGIVENESS. HOW MANY STILL HOLD IN FORGIVENESS INSIDE OF US. WHEN WE HEAR IF THAT PERSON OR SEE THAT PERSON OUR EMOTIONS GOES EVERYWHERE.  THIS COULD LEAD TO PRESSURE OR STRESS. 

Our daily study will be on how to handle relief. We will be on this study until God tells us to move on.  Be ready for a great teaching in the subject

DON’T LET THE STRESS OF THE WORLD AROUND YOU GET YOU DOWN.  DON’T LET THE PRESSURE AROUND YOU GET THE BEST OF YOU.  LET GO AND LET GOD.
