This is the good news for the morning
Today’s post is taken from the book of Mark chapter 11 and 12.
Lets get started to see what happens on this second or third day depends on how you view things leading up to the cross.
We see Jesus on this day, talking about the wither fig tree. What came next was Jesus authority was in question. Jesus again speaks in parables while in the temple. We can follow his parables within chapter 12. Jesus said a lot within chapter 11 and 12 but the main take away is this would be the last time Jesus would teach in the temple. The road to the cross was getting closer and closer.

To break it all down from Matthew. This day is recorded in The book Matthew chapter 21 -25. It gives more on the encounter of Jesus and the religious leaders. Parables Jesus taught and the Olivet discourse. Take time today to read from those chapters to understand the Holy Tuesday.

Remember Jesus Christ authority was questioned because of his actions within the temple. He told the people they were making the temple into a house of thieves instead of a house of prayer for God . As you study about Holy Tuesday remember this Jesus authority, teaching, and prophetic pronouncements take center stage.
There is a lot to see from this day but over all it is about Jesus passion for the world. Telling the truth that counts. All of this was a message from Jesus himself doing the will of the father who sent him.
