Where in your life has things been taken away from you. Some go through identity theft, others might have things stolen from them both physically and emotionally. How do you get back to your real self. Finding your true self is what today is about.
The devil is crafty. He tries to come in to kill, steal and destroy. How many of us have had our life stolen by the evil scheme of the devil. People come into our lives but they try to take your likelihood. They want to use and abuse you to the point you have now lost your identity. The person who you thought you were, you no longer notice or recognize. People have stripped you from well being and you feel lost inside.
How do you go about finding the true you. How can you get back what was stolen from you. Will you just continue to live your life as it is. People spend years of recovery to get back their identity that has been stolen by a close friend or a loved one.
We fight to get back our physical identity, but have you ever pondered about the spiritual identity. Yes in Romans it talks about the condition of men and women. They have been compromised into thinking the wrong thing. God is able to change the heart of people, but they must be willing to seek it out.
In John chapter 3 and Romans chapter 1 it speaks about how to get on the right side of God. It also tells us about the wrong nature of men. Our spiritual man has been taken away from us for a long time, yes Jesus is the way of redemption.
In Jesus Christ we have the power of restoration and forgiveness. Those are the things we need to get our spiritual identity back. We go to the police, courts and other places to get our physical identity back. Yet people don’t realize we can go to God, through Jesus Christ in order to get our spiritual man together. In that case we can find ourselves being restored to the rightful place in God.
We trust in God, are you willing to get your spiritual needs met. Do you want to find your real self in Jesus Christ. It’s time to take back our spiritual identity. That identity is in Jesus Christ. Be born again and let God truth live in you and guide you
