Month in review Alive to God

This month we have been talking about alive to God.

Here is a summary of our study this month

To “be alive with God within the spirit” means to actively experience a deep connection with God through the Holy Spirit, which involves practices like regular prayer, studying scripture, seeking guidance from the Spirit, living according to God’s will, and actively cultivating a sense of spiritual awareness in daily life; essentially, letting the Holy Spirit guide your thoughts, actions, and decisions.

We added to this by saying Living in God’s will is a natural outflow of being alive to God. When you are truly aware of God’s presence and actively seeking His guidance, you are more likely to make choices that align with His will.

We also talked about the mindset of Christ here are the points we say.

To be  “alive to God”  with the right Mindset  provides direction: A right mindset, rooted in faith, humility, and love, provides a clear direction for your spiritual journey. It helps you discern God’s will and prioritize your spiritual growth. We can say also the right mindset is the foundation upon which a life “alive to God” is built. It provides the necessary direction, motivation, and resilience to navigate the spiritual journey and experience the fullness of life in Christ. 

We also talked about what empowers us to be alive to God. We said the Holy Spirit leads, guides and empowers us to be alive to Christ. We will be adding this part to our weekend edition.  We will be back on Monday with new teaching on alive to God.
