A very important thanksgiving message of hope and freedom that a person can have in God.
Important facts about scars. First a scar can heal and disappear over time yet some scars won’t go away. People try to cover them up with make up or other things to conceal that scar. In life we all have had hurts that left us scarred. Those scars, could be emotional, sexual or physical, how do we handle such things in life.
I recall a person told me they don’t cover up their scars. The reason behind it is the reminder of what they went through and how they overcame that situation. This person had a mindset of knowing and understanding the situation they went through. The event of their life changed things forever but they had a mindset of fighting and never giving into the dark side of things.
What the person went to say is those forces or power that be tries to mess with our mind and take us down a dark pathway. With God he is our stronghold. The power we have to defeat the enemies that stand right before us.
We all have scars in life but do we cover them up as if it never happened or be free in our mind to realize it happened and deal with those things which scarred us.
For some emotional, physical, or sexual scars was like being locked up in prison. Month, years, decades goes by, having those scars buried deep inside of you. You are afraid of telling others because they might think you are wanting attention. Not only that, who do you confide in, knowing people could spread the news you told them. Most of all who would believe the truth that you told. They would say you are just making up a story. .
Yes to give you hope I have been through things in life, I have had scars attached to me but with God on my side I am a survivor. All I can say is this God brought me out and into a better life and place. Changing my hopes and dreams forever. I may not have done all that God wanted me to do but I am growing in him. I have confidence in knowing since God has brought me out of a situation, he will bring others out. No matter what the scars may be a person must be willing to change and seek God for the change.
The change comes when a person recognize he can’t change on his own. He or she need the supernatural work of God to help them in the midst of the crisis and come to understand that God is able to set free the captive. If you are being held captive in your mind, heart, soul, or spirit he is able to set you free. The guilt and hurt will be shifted to love and devotion toward him and also towards others. We are made new in Christ we can now forget the past and press forward.
The forward progress in our lives will help others to get freedom in the power of God and in the name of Jesus Christ. We want to bless others by letting them know God is a healer and a deliverer of their soul, heart mind and body. Keep strong and know God is able and
GOD LOVE YOU AND HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE. THOSE SCARS IN MY LIFE IS A REMINDER OF HOW GOD PROTECTED ME AND HELP ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. HE KNEW AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE I WILL BE STRONGER, WISER, STABLE IN ALL WAYS. MOST OF ALL HE KNEW I HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE LIFE OF OTHERS THROUGH SPREADING THE GOOD NEWS OF HIS SON JESUS CHRIST. WHO IS THE LIFE CHANGER OF IT ALL.
