We said yesterday the structure of things as it pertains to God. Today our focus is the believers responsibilities within their walk with God. What are the believers responsible for in their faith walk.
The scriptures tell us a lot about our responsibility to God. When I say God, I am talking about all three, The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. We also need to talk about our responsibility to others as we walk with God. Today is the day as we look into the next chapter of our lives. After we become believers in Jesus and have grown up in the faith what is next.
We will continue tomorrow and understand the truth about spiritual responsibility. Here are the things we will look into.
Our spiritual responsibility is to bring up a person in the savings knowledge of Jesus Christ. We do this by teaching or discipleship.
Second is to honor and obey God’s truth
Third is to be a witness for God.
Fourth is to have fellowship with others according to your faith.
Fifth spiritual responsibility is to continue in the faith and become closer in your relationship with God. We do this by praying, fasting, reading the word, and worshipping the Lord.
Those are some of our responsibilities within our walk with God. We are responsible for our actions when it comes to our faith. We can’t do whatever knowing it goes against the word of God. We are going to take each point and work with it.
