When we look at many people in the world, how did they become successful in life. We have said trust in God and let him work things out in life. What if success comes by the way of an advisor, mentor, teacher, christian leaders, guidance counselor and other group of people.
Today it’s about the positive influence that plays a key part in a person’s road to success in life. The group of people listed above can give you advice, so you can become a successful person.
In Proverbs it speaks about seeking
Proverbs 19:20-21 KJV
[20] Hear counsel, and receive instruction, That thou mayest be wise in thy latter end. [21] There are many devices in a man’s heart; Nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.
Psalm 1:1-2 KJV
[1] Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. [2] But his delight is in the law of the LORD; And in his law doth he meditate day and night.
I once was told the way to succeed is to be around people that will help you and not hinder you. The above verse gives us some good advice. Happy is the man who walks in the counsel of the Godly. Whoever we get our advice from makes sure it’s Godly advice. Our success comes from people who listen to people who want to help us to succeed in life. They will not lead us astray, be with us all the way. Those are the ones that are in our corner that want us to make it in life.
Most people don’t understand there are ungodly people out there who try to steal, kill, and destroy your vision and dream. They only want your investment, to make them look good. They tell you one thing but do the other.
when it comes to succeeding in life, it should be a sense of knowing your advisor, and the way they do things. When you have an advisor who gives you great advice and they give you great wisdom and teaches you things that you are doing right and wrong, that is a great advisor.
The way to success in all you do is this. To know who is feeding into your life. Are they leading you or using you. Find a person who is able to give you Godly advice,and not just talk. During my college years i had a group of Godly people who gave me advice. Not just advice but words to feed into my spirit. We all need people to be around, so we wont go astray and get into trouble.
As we continue this tomorrow let’s get ready for our success by having people feed into us and not looking for anything in return.
