I was told some time back is to dress for success. You can dress the part but do you know how to handle success when it comes your way. Today its about people who can help you find success in the world we live in today.
In my life the key people that have helped me to become successful are mentors, parents, Teachers, and people of faith. They all played a part in helping out of the situation I was in. Giving me a push to move forward in life. You can say they were a positive influence in my life. Planting a seed and God was able to do the rest.
People need positive role models in their life. These role models can be both spiritual or non spiritual, most in my case were believers of God. The group of people I hung out with was mostly believers in Jesus Christ. Their relationship with God for most was on a spiritual level. I always wanted to be on a level of growth with God.
My growth in God put me into a place to gain success in life. To achieve it was a different story. Still in my late 20’s and early 30’s I let my selfish goals in life rule over me. Still knowing what was set out to do for God in this big world i lived in. Do you know at times the devil can cause success to come your way but it’s a false success.
Yes i was succeeding in life but it wasn’t what God wanted from me. Being a waiter customers adored me but it was the way I was doing things to make them feel special. Who are you making feel special in your success. This question was raised to me by one of my mentors. A question that stood out is are you really making yourself happy in what you are doing. Do you plan to work for a company for the rest of your life. What hit home was God has given you gifts. You never know what gifts will make a way towards your success.
Success God’s ways are those people that can be positive role models in your life. Godly advice can be given to you by those influencers, we need to know how to take the advice in order to succeed in life.
Are you ready to succeed, are you ready to move forward in your success in life. You do this by those positive influencers within your life. The right people that can stir you down the road of positive success
