From the book of Jeremiah we notice some points God said to him.
Jeremiah 1:4-5 KJV
[4] Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, [5] Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
What God did to Jeremiah, he has done that to many people. First, God formed each one of us and knew us in the belly. Second is many are called but few are chosen. God set apart Jeremiah for a specific task to do. He also gave Jeremiah the right to be a prophet to the nations. He appointed jeremiah way before he knew it.
Many of us God called us out to do a specific task. Sometimes it is not just the task but also the gifting. In my life God put things in place at an early age for me so that i could be where i am today.
WHAT WAS BEING ESTABLISHED IN MY LIFE
In my early teenage years the following things were being planted in me, not knowing those things were to contribute to a life full of wonderful things. Let’s look and see the beginning of it all.

1982-83 got interested in computers
1985-1988 started to use online web services
1988-2005 used cameras, video recorders and computers to interact with the world. Technology was ever changing the world we lived in.
One of my desires at this time to have my own business. The business was to create and to have my own photography studio. The concept was a one stop shop. People could come in and order greeting cards, have their picture taken or do both. When technology continued to be developed it changed the entire concept of my business idea. With the advancing computer world people could do their own greeting cards. When it came to photography, people used the new and improved smart phone. That still didn’t stop me from learning and understanding the art of photography.
My lesson here was to change with time. Become what is inside of me. what i did was to start taking pictures of different things. What i did was to keep a digital copy of them all. What i learned next came in handy later on in life. I was able to learn how to edit videos to make a movie that people thought was done all at one time. I thanked God for planting that inside of me. All of the editing work would play an important part in reaching some goal in life.
The calling God put in my life was a hard pill to swallow. I was running away but God still had a mission for me to do, both in ministry and my gifting. With me God already knew both would play a very important role in my life. Remember God knew his play for my life. He knew what he wanted from me. I could have answered God’s calling a long time ago, but selfish ambition keeps me from answering the call. From all this I learned the truth.
God is always there. No matter where I went I couldn’t hide from the presence of God.. God kept on knocking, the more I turned to do my own thing, God continued to be with me. This taught me to understand the road to success comes from obeying God’s plan for my life.
Within a span of 20 years from 1985 to 2005, God allowed me to do things on my own. God was working in the background, because i saw him working in my life. During those 20 years God was dealing with me. He was showing me the pathway he called me into. It wasn’t about me but about God himself. There came a point in 2005 things seem to crumble. I do believe it was God moving me out of one bad decision into a direction leading to the full potential that he saw in me.
To succeed in life God had to take me out of one situation and put me into a place i could grow in him. The same time to master the skill or gifts that he already placed inside of me. The knowledge and understanding to improve on the gifting is learned within those 20 years. Now the next few years how would I use them to be a success in life
summarizing all of this could be placed like this. God knows us, he is with us. if we are obedient to God and allowing him to have his way in our life. He then will lead us and guide us into his footsteps. To be successful to me is doing what God called me into and out of. Having the right spirit inside of you, to take criticism. In doing so it only makes room to become a successful person. People have walked where you been and by them teaching you, you become aware of the failures and potential in life. That is the way to success, by understanding the things God called you to do and working out your gifting. Both working side by side leads you to a successful life in God and all around you.
The next step for tomorrow is from 2005 to the present. What step God has already taken in my life, so i can succeed in life. Success for me is doing the things God has for me to do. Its not who may know me or not but the impact I am making in others because of what God has established in my life already.
