What is spiritual freedom. How do I get set free.

When we think about freedom, we think about being free from drugs, alcohol, and abuse. The country wanted to have freedom from great Britain. It did happen.

This week we will be be looking into our freedom. Freedom in God. We can stand our ground in Jesus Christ. Our freedom is Jesus Christ is greater than anything we can give.

Today is just an outline to cover this week about walking in our freedom. Knowing what freedom looks like. Being free we don’t need to go back into the life we used to live. Stand firm in God and knowing our reward is in heaven.

Today is an overview on the topic of freedom. What is freedom and what does it mean to be free.

Free to express feelings, free to love, free to walk, talk, do things that are pleasing to God. This freedom this week is all about our freedom in God. Doing the right thing because God says so. Looking at the cost of our freedom in Jesus Christ. Why is it important to understand our freedom.

Freedom is being made free. Free you are no longer controlled by anything or people. You have the right to become your own independent person.

Most people would say when you give your life to Christ you are being influenced by God. Yes that could be true but we are willing to do the right thing. When we are not free in our spiritual life, we are under the influence of the world system. It can put us into a place where we don’t want to be.

Do you really want to be spiritually in bondage. Not having a clear mind or heart to God. Not really understanding the truth and light of the day. The main focus of this week is to understand the truth in our spiritual freedom.

So the overview of this week is to have spiritual freedom. A mind stayed on Christ. Being under the guidance of God and not really being controlled by God. God guides us and directs us. Yet in spiritual bondage we are being deceived and being led from our potential. Wake up and understand there is power in our freedom in Jesus Christ, in the things of God and the Holy Spirit.

With spiritual freedoms come positive things as we look into that this week. Joy, peace, love and much more. So continue to be with us this week as we explored the cost of our spiritual freedom that is in Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is the only person that can make us free spiritually. So as we open our hearts to Christ, he comes in and makes us new inside. Being made new we can have and experience freedom like we never knew before.
