Pressures from daily situation

In the last few weeks we have learned about the submarine. The outside pressure was more than the inside pressure. While it’s all fresh in our mind we will be looking into how do you deal with pressure of life

What is your pressure in life. Is it family, job, car,not having enough money, spouse, or other things. We even have peer pressure. This is when our peers pressure us into something we might not want to do.

Peer pressure happens at any age. From the young to the oldest. How do we go against our peers without causing any harm.

Know your limits. Understand your values in life. We can’t go with the flow if we know it isn’t right. The book of proverbs teaches about being around people who are a bad influence. Knowing our nature and understanding our values prevents us from getting trapped into peer pressure.

We know being a believer in Jesus Christ we have lots more inner power and strength that we know. Praying and seeking God will help to eliminate some stress in life. By having faith in God and allowing him to help us out in the time of our stressful situation is the key.

Sometimes I just have to give a shout of praise to God knowing it can release some of the pressure I am facing on the outside. I know God is a good God and he wants us to have life and have it to the fullest.

How can I enjoy life if all around me there is trouble and hardship. First count it all joy when facing those things you are going through. Even in the midst of pressure from the outside world or within your personal relationships put it all in God’s hands. Lets God’s will be done.

You might have pressure on your job. Everything you do and say people criticize you for no reason. You get stressed out because you know you are doing your best but you don’t feel people appreciate your work. What I say to this is don’t let those things get to you. You are putting your best into it. That’s what counts, and knowing the efforts you put into it, don’t let nobody count you out.

When you know God has gifted you to do a thing and people still don’t appreciate it, then continue to seek God. People might not see your worth but somebody somewhere is enjoying the effort you put into your work. Don’t be discouraged if people despise you. We all will have people like that but keep pressing on and never let pressure of a job mess up things within your life.

Finally the key to pressure is having God within your life. God’s grace will sustain you. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. Our strength and power comes from God. Knowing that we are able to handle pressure that might come our way. Remember to step back, look at what’s going on, then you will have a moment of release. When releasing it ask God for help to go on with whatever you might be facing.

Remember just know you don’t have to be under stress or pressure. Ask God for help, and he will answer you. The answer may not come right away but God will do it right on time.

This is a word for today just to encourage you along the way. Take a look into the bible and you will see God’s truth in all that I have said today.
