How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:14-17 NKJV
Today we are teaching part of Paul’s letter to those in Rome. Today’s message is why have you not heard the gospel truth. We will be looking at two factors. The first is you haven’t heard be sure you have rejected God’s truth and just don’t want to listen. Second is the preachers aren’t doing their job when it comes to preaching the truth.
The next thing in today’s topic is the preached word should bring people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The gospel message is good news, as this good news comes forth it’s a gospel of peace. Jesus Christ walked in love and was a peaceful man while on earth. Finally I will close with, people who don’t obey the gospel after they hear it. Also look at the believers who hear the gospel message but don’t put their faith into action.
Today as we look into these verses we see many points. Points we can live by and keep it into our memories.
The message of good tidings can’t just be preached by anyone. God has given people a calling to preach the word.. The word that is being preached is good news. It will change a person’s way of doing things. When the word is being preached,, it helps us to understand the true concept of the righteousness of God. This message Paul preached within this scripture tells us that the message gives out is peaceful with our heart.
This is part 1. Will continue this later today just wanted to get it out to start somebody day
