God plan still goes on

We notice one thing about the scriptures, they bring life to those who read them. The word of God brings so much more. It also reminds us that God’s plan will continue to go on regardless of what it seems like.

There came a time in the old testament, it was prophesied a savior will be born. It tells us in the old testament, what will be coming soon. Even to the time frame to when Jesus Christ was going to be born. The scriptures also tell us by whom and what this person would be. It gives us where the Messiah was going to be born.

When the plan of God is in motion nothing can change it. What does God have on his calendar. It will be the rapture and the tribulation period.

We know those seven years will be great stress upon the face of the earth. It’s not because of God, but because of men’s sinful state. Why God’s wrath you say. It’s because God has lifted his spirit from the earth. The condition now will be controlled by God and no one will be able to stop it.

God time will run its course. It’s God’s plan will continue to be in effect. God’s purpose is to make sure the people left behind will come to know Jesus Christ and God himself. Again the choice will be up to the people, to serve God or the antichrist. God is given people time after time to repent. To come to him. Nations have rejected God and the fact Jesus Christ is the savior and through him we have eternal life.

This is what Paul was addressing to those at Rome. The nation Israel rejected God at time, but his plan continues to go on. It just reminds us of some they may think they are within God’s family but they are not. Some may have the birthrights, but they gave it away because of the fleshly desire. God’s blessings could be passed down from one to another, but what if the family didn’t include you in that inheritance. So Paul was saying some will be a part other might be a part, but God’s plan and purpose to life will continue as planned

But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed shall be called.” That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed. For this is the word of promise: “At this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son.” And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one man, even by our father Isaac (for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls), it was said to her, “The older shall serve the younger.” As it is written, “Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated.”
