Month in review.

We want to let people know we are back and in full form for the month of February. We are giving people a review of what we talked about in January.

We took the first part of January talking about the bloodline of Jesus. Looking at Judah and Rahab. Rahab was introduced to us in the book of Joshua chapter 3. We talked about the deal she made with the spies and other situations within that chapter.

Chapter 4 and 5 we witness the Israelites at the Jordon River. We saw God plan working out in their lives. We talked about the place where they no longer was given manna from God. They began to eat the food from the land.

We talked about getting ready for the battle. This month is all about the battles Israelites face along the way. The good, the bad and the ugly. How one person’s greed cause a shake up in the Israelites loosing the battle. We see also the victories that was won by the Israelites at Jericho.

Just a reminder when we obey God and do his commands he rewards us in many good ways. When we disobey God he punish us in other ways that we may not know.

The book of Joshua is about the power of God with the Israelites and to have others to see the hand of God move. When people saw the movement of God’s powerful hand, they believed and understood. Some didn’t believe but judgement fell on them.

Join us as we continue with the book of Joshua and see the mighty move of God.
