Life have all thrown us a curve ball. It’s not coming towards us as we expect it. We try to hang on in there but we still getting those wild pitches thrown at us. We have seen death and disturbance all around. Is that making you stronger in the faith or getting restless in your spirit.
Today its about where are you spiritual? Have you grown over the last 12 months or you still at the same stage from last year. I remember years ago I couldn’t wait to get that bonus check for Christmas. The bonus check was some of the company increase of sales or performance improvements over the past years. It might not been a lot but it came at the right time. Yet there was years when no bonus check came. We didn’t meet the goal of the company.
If that can happen in the natural since what about your spiritual life. Have you meet the goals of what God wanted you to do. Have you gotten sideline because of situations that came your way. Did you achieve your goal and went beyond your spiritual expectations. You went beyond the call of duty. Was this your breakout year that God had planned for you.
Some people life never changed. They are in the same spiritual statics as they were this time last year. How was that possible. Was it lack of faith or they stop trying to improve on their commitment to God. A lesson to learn is this we have to move on in the faith. Don’t let events, people or things get in your way. Allow you to be the best you when it come down to the spiritual things.
God is holding you accountable for those things that he had for you to do. When we let our fleshly nature to take hold of things, we are looking for disaster to happen. Having the right spirit, alway looking towards God. Not letting people get into your mind is the most important thing to do in our lives.
Finally if your life hadn’t change and still in the same spiritual situation from last year stop, look, and listen to those things of God. God want us all to grow deeper into a relationship with him. Not just on the service but deep down to the roots. God is the center of it all. Start doing things God has called you to do. You will be blessed and others around you will be also
