We know we are victorious in and through Christ. How do we go about and using out authority we have to defeat the enemy.
Ephesians 6 tells us many things the believers need to know as they go forth in their faith. Since this is a very detail theme we are breaking it down into many parts.
Today is and overview and the reason behind our authority in Christ, when it comes down to the spiritual things in life. We are going to look into the full Armour of God. Second, the battle we facing is spiritual. The third part is whom are we in the battle with.
With Ephesians 6:12 let the believers know about their opponents. Before that the elements to pounder over are this. We wrestle not agaist flesh and but against
1. Principalities
2. Powers
3. Against rulers of darkness of this world
4. Against spiritual wickedness in high places
Using our authority we have in Christ We can withstand and win those battles that comes against us. We need to be suited up spiritual because it’s a battle and a war going on in the spiritual realm. What are those items
1 belt of truth. 2. Breastplate of righteousness 3. Feet footed for preparation of the gospel of peace 4. Shield of faith 5. Helmet of salvation 6 Sword of the spirit
Our spiritual Armour is a must to use it every day. We will look at those that might come to attack us. We also will take each part of our spiritual Armour. Later we will see how to apply this to our spiritual life.
Today we were talking about ephesians 6. How we use our authority to defeat the enemy and the spiritual suit of Armour as the source of victory.
