When things changes for the better

As we look into today accounts we will notice the reaction of Paul asking for the main person in charge. At times we have to ask for the supervisor of a place so that our case can be resolved

Acts 16:35‭-‬40 KJV

And when it was day, the magistrates sent the serjeants, saying, Let those men go. And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul, The magistrates have sent to let you go: now therefore depart, and go in peace. But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out. And the serjeants told these words unto the magistrates: and they feared, when they heard that they were Romans. And they came and besought them, and brought them out, and desired them to depart out of the city. And they went out of the prison, and entered into the house of Lydia: and when they had seen the brethren, they comforted them, and departed.

Here we see Paul response to the guards. The same people that put no charges against us and had the nerve to beat us openly. Making a mockery of us is sending other in there place. Go tell them that we are roman citizens. Have them come and take us out of this town on their own. Peolpe don’t know who we really are. They are quick to judge us because of our status in life. We don’t look or act the part. Sometimes the oddest person does the job better than the obvious person. Never judge a person because you never know what God has put on him or her.

At times we need to stand our ground and tell it like it is. I am created in the image of God. I have been brought with a price. For that reason I am doing the work God has call me to do. Paul stood his ground, because of this the magistrates went to Paul and the others. Paul had his own excort out of the town. Yes the magistrates came and escorted them out of the city.

The devil wants us dead not alive. He want us not to spread the gospel message around.
The more we do for Christ the enemy will try to come at us. We have to be thankful for that. If we aren’t under the attack than something is wrong.
People surrender to easy. They have the power to do as they need to get the job done. People don’t have the patience to hold on and keep the faith.

Finally this last thing is don’t let people push you around. You are the solution to the situation. God is in control but don’t let others come in and control your life. You are stronger than that. God has bless you with so much. Honor God and he will reward you openly. They honor God in the midst of it all but yet the same people took them down was the same people that brought them out of the city. Live for God and not other people
