When God mends our wounds

We in life we do get heartache. In other words we get hurt in life by others, ourself, and some thinks God hurt us at times. Today I want to talk about when God mends our wounds.

Wounds are things that happen to us that we need attention for. Wounds also could be physical, or emotional. Those Wounds hurts really bad and it just cause pain within our body, soul and spirit.

Can you imagine God can heal our wounds no matter what it may be. It’s goes like the man who took care of Paul and Silas after God released them from prison and the guard gave his live over to Christ for salvation. This was how The book of Acts read.

Acts 16:32‭-‬34 KJV

they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.

THE MENDING OF THE WOUNDS
What we see here is the order given out to the guard. Cross reference verse 23 keep them safely
What we see in the verses above are these action of the man. Believe, baptized, he also brought them into his house. While in his house the gaurd washed or mened their stripes or wounds. When a person comes to God, God will mend their wounds over time. We don’t know when all the hurts in their lives will be healed but God is working with to heal our broken spirit.

The action of the man went from wanted to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escape to finding life in Jesus Christ. The other thing we find out was the man invited Paul and Silas to his house.

God is invited us to be apart of his family. Jesus stands knocking on our heart’s doors. Those who accept God invite and open the door to let Jesus to come in, he will now be within our lives. The healing process has begun, God can mend our brokenness if we allow him to do so. The gaurd willingness help him to obtain salvation, but not just for him but the entire household was saved. Paul and Silas spend the rest of the time teaching them the word.

Not only did they feast on natural food but I do think they people in the house recieved spiritual food as well. Therefore we need the word each day so we can grow in Jesus Christ and build a relationship with God. The man action is that of God. He took care of Paul and Silas wounds. God will do the same for us. The scars will be still there but God can help us within our body, soul and spirit to be healed and ment our wounds

If at all been hurt emotionally, physically or spiritually, God can still heal the hurt. Man causes pain but God is the one who gives life. The life of peace and purpose if we just believe and recieve from God.

Praying to God asking for the healing of those wounds that has taken place over a period of time. God will supply all our needs according to his riches in glory. That need is healing within the body, soul and spirit. The entire man. Let God do it.
