Do you know in the book of Acts chapter 15 has some great points.
What I have discovered within that chapter is this
This is from Acts 15:1-12
1. Salvation or being saved God offers it to anyone who accepts.
2. God knows the heart
3 we are witness to the things of Christ
4 giving them the Holy Ghost
5. Just as he did it to us freedom in Christ
6. no difference between us and them
7 purifying their heart by faith
Those are the 7 take away point of chapter 15.
Each day we will talk about a point from that chapter
Today point is God has given everyone the chance to know him and to become save through the blood of Jesus Christ. We know this from John 1:10-20
Christ was with God in the beginning as the world was made. John 1:10. He became flesh meaning Jesus in order for men relationship can be restored back to God. John 1:14-17.
We continue on to see in John 1:11 Jesus came to his own. This is tell us God first came to his own people to offer salvation. To be put back into the right relationship with God. Some of Jesus own people didn’t recognize who he really was and his purpose. Now God open it up to all people on the earth to have salvation. To have that relationship with God that he wants and desires.
John 1:12 to all who did accept Jesus, believe in him. This is the main point we need to accept, and believe. Believe that God sent Jesus to redeem man for their sins of unbelief. As we start being in Christ and all that he taught and said and have that personal relationship with God, now he gives them(people) the rights to become children of God.
Those who confess, believe, receive on the name of Jesus. Knowing and having a place for God with their entire being and life have the right to be children of God. Roman 8 speaks about this also. Not as children of God born as natural birth but as in the spiritual birth. They are born of God.
How was this all made possible it was by grace. Not the type the word gives but by the grace that came through Jesus Christ. John 1:16-17 Jesus filled with grace and truth, we all will one gift after another. Yet we must see we no longer under the law of Moses but grace and truth that came through Jesus.
In Jesus we are free in our spiritual life. We should no longer crave those things of satan and he world system of sin. We have a new life in Christ and we are hidden in him.
Finally, God has open the doors for everyone to gain salvation. Some will while others won’t because they are blinded by falsehood and they are to far away from the truth. Yet maybe their heart will soften and they will come to know God in a real and personal way because of Christ.
God’s grace is freely given to anyone who will receive and trust in God. Believing all that Christ stands for and what he did on the cross. Knowing God raised Jesus Christ on the third day. Because of this all power is in the name of Christ. There is no other name on earth in which we can be redeem. (Saved, salvation, right relationship with God). Remember let no one tell you you can’t be saved, because salvation is for anyone who believes in Christ Jesus the true Messiah, God’s begotten son.
