The book of Acts is a book of many acts was done by the apostles. The acts they done were just the work of God. They were vessel used by God. To understand all of this you need to under what they had to do.

Things they did was these acts

Acts of Deliverence
Acts of Power
Acts of being filled with the Holy Spirit
Acts of service for God
Acts of Obedience
Acts of Teaching or preaching the good news.

In the book of Acts we find people believing and recieving Jesus Christ. This come after the fact that Salvation comes through Christ. Salvation is freedom over the second death. Most would say freedom over spiritual death.

Only in Christ we are made righteous in God. The entire concept of the book of Acts is to see how the power of God move at that time. The same power God performed back then it still active today. People don’t want to get that close to God. They belive but not yet grasp on the total power that comes from believing in God through Jesus Christ. Christ save, God forgives, and the holy spirit guides and empower us.

To look upon the believers in Acts they had a heart of service. The apostles and other preached and taught the good news. The good news is all about Jesus Christ and salvation. They had the type of faith that they knew how to be obedient to God. They was filled with the Holy Spirit and under the meaning of it all.

The book of Acts has lots of truth behind it. We can’t explain it all. We are walking through ACTS so people will see the power of God and all people went through for him.
