God has it!!!! Why fear

Act 7:54-60

In this world we live in, people has a lot to fear. Sometimes the fear is contrllong their lives. One thing I spoke about before is the fear of speaking tbe truth about God.

We are called to be witness of Christ. Things that Jesus Christ has done since we have recieve him. The power of God that has been with you for many years. You know things and understand the truth of God, but because of fear of others we don’t go forth and tell the good news.

Stephen a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit, did what was in his heart. Being one of the seven choosen to help out with the ministry of the apostles, God gave him more power to shine in those days. Looking at Stephen he had no fears. He stood boldly and spoke the truth of God.

What happen to Stephen in today text he was stoned to death. People pick up rocks and throwing them at Stephen to the point that he died. The fact around this was amazing. These are the facts.

Stephen was filled with the HOLY SPIRIT. He saw tbe glory of God. He saw Jesus standing up beside God.

Two things he said before he died. He ask God to recieve him. Second he ask God to forgive them. This doesn’t sound like a person who was afraid, it sound like a person who had faith and power to understand God.

Topic is God has it we need not to fear. The entire truth of chapter 7 is letting people know God is in control. He been there at the beginning and he will continue to be there. We need not to fear because of circumstances in life, seek God and he will provide the solution. God will work it out. A point from Stephen in the midst of a crisis even unto death he still understood faith and seeking God. He saw God in his glory. No fear but praise and glory given to God.

To understand chapter 7 it an understanding Stephen nature. To see him under the power of the Holy Spiritto lead him to say those truth and knowing what he said could have him killed. He spoke up and out. When we do as God said, we are doing it with the favor of God over us.

The fear was not in stephen but the truth was. The hope of Christ was upon him. The new life only Jesus Christ can give. We must recieve and believe. Ask and it will be given unto you.

Go forth in knowing God has it all. No fear but faith, no fear but hope, no fear but power, no fear but God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
