STILL STANDING

APRIL 30 2020

When I look back on life I said to myself why am I still standing while others has fallen by the wayside.

Many people in the bible was still standing after a troublesome time. The most famous one was Daniel in the lion den.

The bible verses can be found in the book of Daniel.

This take me back to the point when I was in a car accident. The picture below.

The car was a total lost but thanks be to God I am still standing. The car flip on it side and slid a little ways on its hood. Sparks was flying everywhere.

The most wonderful thing of it all was when all was over the car landed on all four wheels. During all that flipping and scraping the bible that was in the passenger seat flew out of the window. Again as the car landed the bible was under the car. I came out with no harm or danger to my body.

Thanks be to God. I can say I am still standing by the grace of God.

To tie it all together prayer is the foundation of it all. Daniel didn’t car about the decree that went out. The decree was anyone praying to any other god other than baal would be thrown in the lions den.

Daniel prayed from an open window to the one and only true God. People saw him and the order was for him to br put into thr lions den. It was done but Daniel came out without any hurt or harm. Yet the accusers was put into the same den, but they was killed by the lions

Daniel was able to stand and walk away because God wad with him. You can say in this csuse inspite of it all God protected Daniel because he knew God as the almighty father and a protector.

In my case i can say I also is this I am still standing because God favor was and still on me. The hand of God cover me and shielded me from all harm and hurts.

That is tbe lesson today is to no matter what keep standing in the power of God. He will help and aide you. In ybe hour of dispire he will give you the joy and peace you need. Just let him be real in your life today.
