The spiritual glow
Exodus 34:29-31
And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him. And Moses called unto them; and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them.
Today we will be talking about the spitual glow upon a person. We don’t hear this talked about that much. You might ask me what is the spiritual glow? Why is it seen on people? Many more questions will be answered in and during this topic.
The spiritual glow is a white light or a haze around a person who has been in the presence of God. We have said one who come to God and has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior has the spirit of Christ, God, and the holy spirit dwelling within them. What about the glow?
Take this example. When the light is on in the house it does serval things at one time. It shines and glows plus it also gives of heat only if the power is flowing through it. That is how God works in the life of many believers in Christ.
In the above text we see Moses coming down from the mountain. He has two tablets in his hands. What did the people notice first? It was that glow on Moses. The way he got this glow was he was in the presence of God. When we get into the presence of God and doing as he commands us. Full of his love and grace. People than might see the glow within us.
As we continue to walk in the was of God and rely on him. The spiritual glow is on you but you don’t see it. The more we come into his presence the more he charge us up with his power. That is why Moses face had to be covered. He had been with God and once we walk and continue to have that strong relationship with him his light will shine off of us. As the light shine off of us is telling others you have come into the power of God. Some point people have said to others this. As you was teaching or preaching you didn’t look like yourself. It was you but you had a new aura around you.
You can say this might had happen to the apostles in book of Acts. They recieved power and the Holy Spirit moved in a baptisted them. Walk in the light of Christ so others can see the light of Christ within you.
This was only an introduction to the spiritual glow. As we continue to be in the study the spiritual glow on a person each day we will be led by God so we will understand the holy light that surrounds people as they teach, preach or minister the word to other.
