Before google, Cortana, Siri, and others, 411 was a number a person called to get information or phone number for a person or a business.
Thanks about this for a second thing changes over time. God never change. He might have people to come up with new ideal but yet it is the same concepts. God plan for man was to have a personal relationship with him. It is still the same today. Jesus Christ is that bridge between God and man. The 411 of all of this is once a person confess accept, and believe,the fact of what Jesus did and who he is then that person is a part of the family of God. How a person walk in Christ is now in the heart of the person.
