MARCH FORTH INTO A NEW SEASON

March has come upon us. This time of year things begin to happen. Days get longer, time moves up an hour, most of all spring us upon us. We have heard the saying spring forward and spring cleaning. Tonight we will focus on those two things.
With spring right around the corner and looking back upon the winter month, we have concluded, new growth is about to come forth. Looking at March 4th that is today. It’s just tells me to march into this month looking forward to whatever God has in store for us. With march it starts a new life cycle in nature. We see changes in this month, to some its the time to spring forward. Meaning setting the clocks up an hour.
A lesson to be learned within this month is we can march forth and move forward. We don’t need to look back, continue to press on. If we look back, we can’t see the road or the pathway that is waiting for us ahead.
A story of Lot’s wife she looked back and turned into a pillar of salt. We never know what might happen if we continue to look at the past mistakes and not pressing our way forward into the truth of God. The past is history, a new season is upon us with a freshness and a crispness to life that God can give.
When we think about the word march I always think of a marching band. The walk in the parade and continue on playing the music until the end of the parade route. Do you know we never know if a person might have made a mistake in the band because they keep playing and marching forward. They let nothing stop them along the way.
The lesson in all of this is to continue to march forth. Let nothing stop you moving forward. Yes we might make a mistake or two but still keep on striving trying to reach your destiny. Don’t let yourself or others block you from moving forth.
With march a new season comes upon us things begin to grow and flowers start blooming. Let’s see how we can learn from the life of a person.

From the time we are conceived in our mother womb changes take place. The baby is inside their mother wombs during the nine months life begins to grow.
As the baby grows it takes on shape and form. Finally the baby is born and the parents care and raise up the child.
The life of a human starts at conception. We are formed and shaped in the mother womb. After the birth, we are raised by our parents. Those things around us shape the environment we live in. Yes we continue to grow and grow. We don’t stop growing until we reach that point of space and time.
All of us have their own season of growth. Some reach it sooner than others, but yet it is part of the life cycle. A baby becomes a toddler, a toddler becomes a child, a child becomes a teenager, a teenager becomes an adult, then the adult becomes a senior. That is the way life is but at times life is cut short and some never make it to that point in life.
The winter months November to February we see things as if there is no life but yet underneath the surface life is still going. If you come to that point when things look dead and there is no growth or movement. Rest assured if God is working in your life. At a point when you least know it things begin to move and shift around. Those things you thought were dead are coming forth. It wasn’t dead but God was working within. Getting rid of the old stuff off your life and putting new and fresh things within. The old man needs to die so the new man can come forth. Shake off and move into a newness you’ve never seen before.
When we look at nature the trees shed off their leaves in order for new leaves to come forth. God does the same thing to us. The shedding of the old stuff in life and bringing on the new. New things that we had in us but first God said it’s a cycle of growth. A must follow b if you don’t things will get out of hand.
God is cleaning us up for better service for him. He tell us to move on and don’t worry about the past for in this season its about a fresh start and a new beginning. Continue to move or march forward.
To move forward means continue to press or continue looking ahead. Not looking or moving backward.
As we go on this week and this month lets God do the spring cleaning in your life. Taking off things and putting on the new. Let’s view this springtime in a different light. Seeing a freshness and a crispness in the air around you
As God gives you a freshness and a crispness of his word. We will see and understand his truth better and know what he really wants from us. It’s not my will but God will be done in our lives.
