Focal point

I was about to take a picture the other day and my camera was out of focus. In other words the object up close was out of focus but the distance object was clearly in focus. I had to adjust the settings a little and both objects was in focus.

The topic today is what is your focus point. I pray this will motivate you to see Christ in a better light and you can clearly see him better.

Have you ever wonder why some people see the way they do. From perfect vision to total blindness. With glasses and contacts only help people to see better but it don’t correct the problem. Once they remove their glasses or contacts they still can’t see all that well.

Our spiritual walk is that in a similar way. People can see Christ and under stand his ways clearly, but others are blinded to the truth. We also know some believers my have understanding of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit but yet they are walking around confused and dazed because they don’t have their focus on what God total want from them.

The title was focal point. Having thing in the right focus. Many people in the bible lost their focal point. Saul as the king he lost his focal point. God sent him out to do something but he didn’t follow the command. Peter took his eyes off Jesus when the wind blew very hard.

We have to remain focus on God don’t let nothing stand in our way. Many have started in their faith with God, but lost their focal point. They took their eye off God and started to focus on other things in life. I want to motivate people to realize you will have attack from those around you if it hasn’t already happened. Don’t let that get your eyes off God. Stay focus on him and he will point you in the right direction. Keep things in plain sight and never let things cloud you mind and get your focal point off God.

I feel people have gotten off track and have lost their focus on God. The next time back we will talk about getting back on track. How to regain that focal point in Christ.
