Age is just a number. It’s what you do in life that counts.

The Bible give us instructions on how to have a great and long life. God never change and what if he was speaking to us personally beside from the Holy Bible. I can imagine he would say these words.
The life that I created was to be for greatness. For man to rule and reign over the things I created. Man has life within them. When man disobeyed my command, he got corrupt and out of control, to the point some had no reverence to Me and who I am. Some still followed and loved Me. They were devoted to ME out of love and respect. They understood the meaning of following MY instructions and what I had for them.
God might say something of that nature today but he did. He gave me that message by his Spirit and he continues to say this.
You might can say a virus entered him and he became not what I created. He had a sickness but now he had to live with it. I couldn’t destroy what I created. I can’t change the mind of others to serve me and to love me without it being a form. Out of devotion and love will men continue to serve, trust and obey my ways of life. Doing those thing I have instructed them to do will cause them to have a full and long life. We must also understand the reason why Christ came. He came to put and end to the virus that entered men. Christ is the antivirus that can help us live free and live a life worthy of God and get back to understanding the meaning of living a long life. The life we have in this world and the world yet to come.
My love for man is that they do come to see me who I am really am
I am the almighty the great I am. The one who made it all. The father of father, the life of life. Why can’t people realize who I am and understand the truth of it all.
The reason why God’s instructions are so rich and pure because it’s coming from the author himself. My instructions bring life and health to the soul. God gave the word to man and he wrote them as God told him to. Below are some verses on how to have a long life in Christ or in God.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.2 “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— 3 “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.
By following the instructions of GOD and Jesus will help you to live a long life. We all will die on day, but it’s how you live it, will cause you to have a short or long life. Futhermore by having the assurance in Jesus and not worrying also might add years to our life. Most of all by applying the instructions of God directly from the Bible or what he is telling us to do by his spirit it can add years to our life.
Most of all as we following God, allowing Christ to have his rightful place in our lives, we will receive a place in God’s kingdom for eternity. Until then we have to walk in the ways of God and listen and obey his instructions for our lives.
For disclosure God is able to communicate to anybody at anytime. All we need is an ear to listen and a heart to know the truth.
