WILL BE BORN IN BETHLEHEM.

The Christmas story is not just a story but an event that supposed to happen. Many foretold of the birth of the Messiah, who is Jesus Christ.

But thou, Beth–lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Micah 5:2 KJV

He we see the account of Micah telling us a person is coming out of Bethlehem to be the ruler of Israel. It even told of what part of Jacob he will be coming from. The tribe of Judah.

In Matthew 1 we see this.
The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judah and his brethren; Matthew 1:1‭-‬2 KJV

Daniel spoke at the time when all of this was to take place. The truth of it all we see two prophecies that has taken place so far.

1st he will be coming down the generation line Abraham thru the tribe if Judah. Within this line was kings, like David. We have the history account of his family tree in Matthew 1. The second account we see the old testament writings to claim where Jesus was going to be born.

All of the written in the old testament was to give hope to the Israelites. That a king is coming to rule and reign in Israel. The Messiah is coming to save his people from this world.

The next teaching will be on why was he born in Bethlehem. How the prophecy came true. How God was putting things into motion on the birth of Jesus
