The day is coming but the when it will be I can’t tell. The layout of the new Jerusalem can be found in Revelation chapter 21. In chapter 22 we see the restored Eden. It goes into detail about what it will look like. A place that is not made by man.
Today conclude a look into things to come entitle beyond the rapture. We have looked into all the things that will happen during the tribulation period. Right after the tribulation period we see Christ 1000 years reign on earth. Once that is over the the final victory that belongs to Christ. The devil and all those unrighteous people who name wasn’t written in the Lamb’s book of Life will be cast into the lake of fire forever. This will set up God’s kingdom. For a new heaven and a new earth. New Jerusalem coming down from above.
Within this new land no need for the sun or moon to shine it’s light because the saints will be in the glory of God. The Glory of God will illuminate the land, the Lamb of God will be the Lamp. He will continue to lead us along the pathway. The saints or the believers will continue to walk in Him and live and recognize who the Messiah is. He is Jesus Christ The Alpha and Omega the beginning and the last. In him we have life and have life to the fullest.
Jesus said this in Revelation about himself.
Let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.” “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. “Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” Revelation 22:11-14, 16 NIV
JESUS gave us this warning go ahead and continue doing evil or doing what is righteousness. Whatever you do whether be for me or Satan I will come back one-day. Everyone will get what is due him because the rewards are in my hands.
To say a land for the saints to live in and all of it’s glory and splendor is enough to praise and worship both God and Jesus now. GLORY TO GOD in the highest for He is worthy to be praised.
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. Revelation 22:3-5 NIV
To conclude this by saying you don’t want to miss out on this blessing to end all blessing. A place in the new Eden, a land of no more, but a time to love on God and give reverence to Jesus for all he did for the world. Please now is the time to look forward towards those thing that will be coming our way if we trust and love God. For in Christ we have been set free. The key to all of this or the answer to all of this is ask Christ Jesus to come into your life. Let him in.
Once you do you don’t have to wait to serve and honor God in the new Jerusalem but you can do it know. Without holding back. The choice is yours and don’t let it pass you by.
