A NEW HEAVEN A NEW EARTH.

The glorious ending. Revelation chapter 21 and chapter 22 we see the beginning of everything new. So much detail within these two chapter it won’t be easy to pinpoint where to start. We will have two parts the first part will talk about the saints who are in this new heaven and Earth. Part two will be looking at the make-up of the new heaven and earth.

Let’s see who will be in the new heaven and Earth. Revelation 21:7 said this he that has overcome shall inherit all things. And I will be his God and he shall be my son. Who are they that have overcome. They are the saints or those that put their faith in Jesus Christ. The ending verses of this chapter read as follows

And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.Revelation 21:24‭-‬27 KJV

Here we see those who name is written in the Lamb’s book of Life will dwell in the new heaven and Earth. There will be no type of evil or unrighteousness there. This can be seen in verse 8. The NIV version of Revelation put it this way.

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”Revelation 21:8 NIV

There will be a large group of people that will not inherit the kingdom. This group of people are those who are practicing such thing until they die. Not just that but during the time of the tribulation period as well,but there is hope to escape the second death. Yes you could be messed up in it now but Christ loves you and cares for you. Even up to the point of death if a person confesses Christ as their savior and Lord he will receive him into his kingdom. If we do it like that than we missed our entire life on the evil things. Now just think about our reward in heaven will be like.

The teaching to was about who will spend their life in the new kingdom. It will be the name of those written in the Lamb’s book of Life. Will your name be written down in this book or the book that seals your fate to the lake of fire. To know Christ now is the victory. We have hope in knowing one day being in a city no more death, sickness, or pain. That is real Joy and peace to my soul. The choice is yours, I can’t make you decide, that is up to the Lord Jesus himself.

Part two will why is heaven a wonder place, a paradise.
