A WORD FOR TODAY WEEKEND EDITION-NEVER GIVE UP IN THE MINISTRY

Time to finish the mission God has for you.- run the race. Don’t stop going, keep on pressing. Some runner when they fall, they stop and leave the race. While others they keep on pressing their way. They are determine to cross the finish line regardless of what just happened.
It may seem like things has fallen apart in the Ministry you are in. I learn this week sometimes God have to slow us down because within the ministry we are getting all the credit and not God Himself.
A lesson to be learn is when God is yielding us, it is for the good. We always want to do things and be somebody special,but God has already told us we are special and the ministry he has given each of us to do is unique.
It is unique because of those thing we have gone through. God has broken those things off us, we now can help others out who are going through where we been.
To say all of this was a way to remind you if are at a crossroads in your ministry, seem you not going anywhere, God is working on you to become a better and stronger. He only has you at a yielding point. That way you can trust and rely on him, slowing us down before making a mistake. Growing us to make us and the ministry better and stronger.
The road we travel on is long but we must realize there will be bump, detours, slow points along the way. This don’t mean we need to give up or give in. Only a reminder God is still working on us, and many we have touch because of Christ, their lives has changed because of it. Many more lives to touch one day at a time. Never give up what God place in you and on you because souls are counting on you.
