Today we are still looking into the tribulation period. This is the time period when the saints or believer in Christ will be taken or raptured. Within a 7 years lots of things will be taken place to upset the balance of the earth. In Matthew chapter 24 Jesus spoke about this time. Now back to the tribulation period as we know of it as of now.
At this point of the tribulation period we have seen wars, earthquakes, famine, death, destruction, and utter chaos. This things now are causing the government of the world to set out some type of system to identify people and where they live. We are at the point when the Antichrist is about to come into power. How is he about to do this first is to take down those strongholds that will not go with work with him. Some said it the United states other just call it Mystery Babylon
Revelation chapter 17 and 18 speaks about the fall of Babylon the Great. Babylon the Great will be destroyed by the ten kingdoms or empire of the Antichrist. The only nation that is lorded power over the Antichrist. Revelation 13 speaks about somethings that will take place with the dragon and the beast. People have said the dragon is satan the the beast is the antichrist in their true form. Satan now is transferring his power over to the Beast
13 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2 The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. REVELATION 13 1-2.
After the transfer of power the Antichrist will be set up in the temple declaring to be God. This starts a panic for some because people know what is going on and what is about to take place. During a period of time at one given point the Antichrist will be assassinated than later rise to be claim and prove he is the MESSIAH. Revelation 13:3-4
3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. 4 People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?”
Why is this going on? What purpose will this serve? This is how God will weed out those who want to follow JESUS or be under the control of the Antichrist. REVELATION 13 5-8 speaks on this
The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. 6 It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. 7 It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. 8 All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.
The Antichrist or the Beast will be speaking, he will be speaking with great power and authority that people will think he is no other than the ruler and king. He will slander those who are in fellowship with God, and speak blaspheme against God. He will now wage war against the saints of God who is still alive and believes in JESUS CHRIST.
False teachers and prophet will arise with great authority to go out and command people to worship the first beast. REVELATION 13:12-18. What was voluntary earlier with the identification will be mandatory at this point of time. Those who take the mark will live but those who refuse the mark will die. Once things are in place it will no option but to only serve the beast that will be set up in the temple. After a few short months the 6th seal will be open.
My thoughts about what will be going on during this time. It will still be a hard time for most people, trying to hide from the forces of evil. A time of war and destruction all over the world. The Antichrist comes into power and causes people to worship him and all that he stands for. As stated before those who are christian now and have a great faith in God and is living for His purpose will miss all of this. We don’t know when it will happen but we must talk about it so people will know what will happen in the future. NOW IS THE TIME TO GET RIGHT WITH GOD. NOT DURING THIS PERIOD IF WE ARE STILL ALIVE. Remember to avoid all of this to commit your life to Christ and proclaiming the Good News of the gospel. JESUS CAME THAT WE MIGHT HAVE LIFE AND HAVE IT TO THE FULL.
