A question people ask all the time. We have different type of insurance. They are from house, car, health, life, burial, dental and the list goes on and on.
Why do people become Christians. What are the benefits of have Christ as the Lord and Savior of their lives. How does God fit into all of this. Is there a bigger picture that we don’t see yet, but one day we will.
For started God wants everyone to know him. He want people to follow and accept Christ. Some will and other won’t. The blessing of serving him gives us the assurance we need so that we don’t have to worry. We don’t have to be afraid. It is all in God’s hand. Things happens for a reason and to know how God is going to work it out, so He can get the glory is amazing.
Knowing Christ and what he done for the world, it goes beyond our earthly nature. It’s more of a spiritual thing. we can live upright in this evil generation knowing our real purpose on Earth is to serve and please God. That is a sacrifice, to turn your back on worldly things and focus on what God would have us to do for him. To know Christ now gives up the inner power, peace, love,joy to live each day. Until we see Jesus for who he really is and the purpose behind accepting into our lives.
Finally to know Christ is like this. When you house or things get damage, the insurance company comes in and do a claim. The claim will set a price on the repair. They will send you money to repair the house or the damage property. That is God. We may be damage or been hurt inside but God want to give you a new life. A newness a fresh start. A life worthy of him. We do this because of what happened to Jesus. He paid the price so we can have a fresh start. It’s a newness in our heart mind body and soul. We can enjoy life here on Earth. The greatest joy come when one day being in heaven with Jesus worshipping him and giving God the praise. That is the insurance we need to know, because it just give us the assurance of Hope and VICTORY yet to come
